Young Adult Development Program

Participants also known as crew members or corps members that join Community Training Works are primarily local young adults 18-35 years old and veterans up to 35 years old.  CTW’s focus is on local community and economic development and recruits hires and trains local young adults.  We have operated YCC crews ages 15-18 as high school students on appropriate project services for the age bracket.  All the participants in the YWEP program must be Florida residents.  Other participants joining YACC or CEP can be residents outside of Florida. 

All participants receive orientation on the program they have joined, on the job training and an opportunity to earn industry recognized certifications.
